Introduction
This update applies to all networks powered by the PopMedNet Release 4.x Software and includes enhancements and bug fixes to the PopMedNet software. This release includes updates to the PopMedNet Portal and the desktop DataMart Client. A new desktop DataMart Client update is required for users executing ESP Query Composer requests. The DataMart Client update is optional for all other users.
These release notes cover software versions 4.0.2 through 4.0.3. The enhancements and bug fixes are listed below

| Race-Ethnicity ESP Query Composer term* | Portal - Enhancements | A new Race-Ethnicity term is available for the ESP Query Composer request. This term may be used to restrict results to selected Race-Ethnicities and is available as a result stratification option. |
| DataMart Client application name | DataMart Client - Bug Fix | Fixed a bug where the DataMart Client was installed under the name "lpp.dns.datamart.client". The DataMart Client now correctly installs at "PMN DataMart Client". |
| Critical web configuration defects resolved | Portal - Bug Fix | Two critical defects in the web configuration were identified in the results of a third party security audit. These defects have been resolved. |
