Summary Table Metadata Refresh Queries
DataMart Administrators may submit special Summary Table Metadata Refresh queries to their DataMarts. These queries check the data availability of the Summary Table database. A summary of the data available in the network may be found on the Resources page, under "Query Types by DataMart - Time Period Availability."
The queries should be run each time that your site updates its Summary Table database. Note that if your site has multiple DataMart Administrators, these queries only need to be run by one user.
Follow the steps below to submit a Summary Table Metadata Refresh Query.
- Log into the query tool web portal.
- Click the "New" button in the Requests panel.
- Select "Summary: Prevalence Queries" from the dropdown menu and select "Prev Metadata: Refresh Dates" to open the request composer page.
- Ensure that your DataMart is selected and click "Submit"
- Respond to the query via your DataMart Client.
- Repeat steps 2-6 twice more, selecting "Summary: Incidence Queries" and Summary: Most Frequently Used Queries" in step 3.
