Problem
Requests are missing from the request list in the DataMart Client.
Solutions
Follow these steps in order to resolve the issue:
- Refresh the request list within the DataMart Client by clicking the 'Refresh' button.
- Ensure the filter options at the top of the DataMart Client are set to include the request you are looking for.
- Exit out of the DataMart Client and reopen it.
- Restart your computer and reopen the DataMart Client
- Remove the DataMart you are having issues with and quit the application. Reopen the DataMart Client and re-add the same DataMart.
