DataMart Client is not displaying all request in the request list

Problem

Requests are missing from the request list in the DataMart Client.

Solutions

Follow these steps in order to resolve the issue:

  1. Refresh the request list within the DataMart Client by clicking the 'Refresh' button.
  2. Ensure the filter options at the top of the DataMart Client are set to include the request you are looking for.
  3. Exit out of the DataMart Client and reopen it.
  4. Restart your computer and reopen the DataMart Client
  5. Remove the DataMart you are having issues with and quit the application. Reopen the DataMart Client and re-add the same DataMart

If none of these steps resolve the issue, please contact your Network Administrator.
