Service URL error message

Problem

When attempting to configure the DataMart Client, an error is returned regarding the provided Service URL

It is important to remember that the service URL is different from the URL used to access the web Portal.

Solution

  1. Ensure the service URL matches exactly what was provided to you for the DataMart Client setup. It should be in the format of https://YourNetworkDomainName/api/soap/dmclient, where the bolded text is the domain name that you use to access the Portal.
