Unable to login to the DataMart Client

Problem

If you are unable to login while configuring your DataMart Client, follow the steps below in order to resolve the issue:

Solutions

  1. Verify your username and password are correct by logging into the Portal page. This is the same page you registered for your account from. 
  2. Ensure the service URL matches exactly what was provided to you. This is different from the URL that you use to access the portal. It is in the format of https://YourNetworkDomainName/api/soap/dmclient, where the bolded text is the domain name that you use to access the Portal.
