Model Processor errors
A model processor error may be caused by an issue with your ODBC connection
Problem
When attempting to run a query, a model processor error is displayed.
Solution
To resolve this issue:
- Open 'Settings' in the DataMart Client
- Select your network from the list, and click 'Edit'
- Select the DataMart that was causing the issue and click 'Edit'
- Select the model that triggered the error and click 'Edit'
- In the Data Source section, ensure the correct ODBC data source name is selected from the drop down.
- Note: "MS Access Database" is a default ODBC data source name and is not the option that should be selected.
- If your ODBC data source does not appear in the drop down menu, check your ODBC settings
- Repeat steps 4 and 5 for any remaining models
