Model Processor errors

A model processor error may be caused by an issue with your ODBC connection

Problem

When attempting to run a query, a model processor error is displayed. 

Solution

To resolve this issue:

  1. Open 'Settings' in the DataMart Client
  2. Select your network from the list, and click 'Edit'
  3. Select the DataMart that was causing the issue and click 'Edit'
  4. Select the model that triggered the error and click 'Edit'
  5. In the Data Source section, ensure the correct ODBC data source name is selected from the drop down. 
    • Note: "MS Access Database" is a default ODBC data source name and is not the option that should be selected. 
    • If your ODBC data source does not appear in the drop down menu, check your ODBC settings
  6. Repeat steps 4 and 5 for any remaining models
