New DataMart Administrator Quick Start Guide

This page provides a brief overview of PopMedNet™ and what is required of a new DataMart Administrator. 

PopMedNet™ is comprised of two pieces:

  1. The Portal: A web-based application used to distribute requests and administer the system
  2. The DataMart Client: A desktop application used to process incoming requests and upload results to the Portal. The application is connected to your database through an ODBC connection or through the pgAdmin application.

The DataMart Administrator role involves connecting your database to the network through the DataMart Client and responding to requests from Investigators. The links below contain the essential instructions for your role:
