Invalid Data Set: Root Element is Missing error

Problem

"Invalid Data Set: Root Element is Missing" error is displayed in the DataMart Client. 

Solution

This error is often transitory. Try to rerun the query or request that the query be resubmitted:

  • DataMart Administrators: Rerun the query from the DataMart Client
  • Group Administrators: Ask the investigator to resubmit the query to the DataMart in question
  • Investigators: Resubmit the query to the DataMart in question
