Service Error when accessing the portal

Problem

When attempting to access the web Portal, a Service Error message is displayed instead. 

Solution

This is most frequently seen when the incorrect URL is being used. If you are a DataMart Administrator, remember that the Service URL is different from the Portal URL. 

The Portal URL is the same URL used to register for your account.
