Summary Table Metadata Refresh Queries
DataMart Administrators with MSCDM Summary Tables may submit special Summary Table Metadata Refresh queries to their DataMarts. These queries check the data availability of the Summary Table database.
The queries should be run each time that your site updates its Summary Table database. Note that if your site has multiple DataMart Administrators, these queries only need to be run by one user.
Follow the steps below to submit a Summary Table Metadata Refresh Query.
- Log into your network web Portal.
- Click the New Request button in the Requests panel. Choose Summary: Prevalence Queries, then the Prev Metadata: Refresh Dates request type to open the request composer page.
- Ensure that your DataMart is selected and click Submit
- Respond to the query via your DataMart Client.
- Repeat steps 2-5 twice more, selecting Summary: Incidence Queries and Summary: Most Frequently Used Queries in step 2.
