Organization, DataMart, and Registry Metadata

Organization, DataMart, and Registry profiles allow collaborating sites to describe their organizations and data resources. This functionality is designed to promote collaboration and facilitate network operations.

Organization Metadata

Each organization has its own profile page on the PopMedNet Portal. These pages provide information about the organizations participating in the network, including a description of the organization and its capabilities, who to contact, and its data resources.

Datamart Metadata

Each DataMart has its own information page on the PopMedNet Portal. These pages provide information about the data in the DataMart, including a description of the data resource, link to the associated organization, who to contact, available data domains, date period, and data model.

Registry and Research Data Set Metadata

The Registries and Research Data Set panel on your Organization Profile Page enables you to specify the registries and research data sets available at your organization. Note that specifying these on your Organization Profile Page does not imply that they are available to the network.
