Refreshing DataMart Client Packages

Some DataMart Client issues may require deleting refreshing adapter packages in the DataMart Client.


Steps to refresh DataMart Client Packages:

               

               1. Open the DataMart Client, and click the "About" link in the bottom right corner of the client.

                     


               2. From the resulting window that opens, click the "Packages" button. 

                    


               3. From the resulting "Delete Adapter Processor Packages" window, select all checkboxes next to the packages listed, and click "Delete Packages". 

                    


               4. Quit out of and reopen the DataMart Client. Navigate back to the "Delete Adapter Processor Packages" window to make sure there are no packages listed.
